On 24 June 1980, having considered memorandum XCC (80)85 on tuition fees for the 1981-84 triennium, this Council advised and the Governor ordered inter alia "that for the future there should be an annual declaration of the fees to be charged in four years time SO that students enrolling for a course of four years or less would be aware from the date of enrolment of the fees payable throughout the course."

Having reviewed the current arrangements for setting tuition fee levels, the Administration recommends

that :-

i)
