no building within an area
delineated and described on any of
the old plans but not within an
area delineated and described by
any of the new plans shall exceed
the height or heights specified on or
by the old plans in relation to
the particular area within which
the building is situated.".
Paragraph 4 of the principal order is amended
-
(a)
by deleting sub-paragraph (a) and substituting
the following
