I am áirected to refer on your application for review of the decision taken by the delegated Member, Markets and Street Traders Select Committes to cancel your hawker licence in respect of Fixed Pitch No.38, Mut Hah Street Playground, Kowloon and regret to inform you that after careful consideration to your grounds for appeal, the Council has decided to reject your application.
If you are diesatisfied with the determination of the Council upon review, you may, within 14 days after this notification, appeal to the Governor-in-Council, Government Secretariat, Lower Albert Road, Hong Kong by way of petition under Section 125(10) of the Publio Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132.
