I am to inform you that it has come to the Council's notice that you have persistently failed to conduct business personally on the above site. According to the Hawker By-law 38, being the licensee, you are required to operate your pitch personally and you have been previously warned on 19.10.82, 10.1.83 & 18.4.83 10.1.83578.403
for contravening this by-law. In your own interest, you are invited to call at this office to give the reason for your non-operating your pitch.
The purpose of this letter is to warn you that unless you personally conduct business on your authorized site within seven(?) days from the date of receipt of this letter, your site may be resumed and, furthermore, your licence may be cancelled. However, even if you personally start business after receipt of this letter within the specified period, your site may still be resumed and your licence cancelled if in the future you persistently fail to operate it.
