It has come to the attention of the Urban Council that you have not been conducting business on your authorized site for a considerable period. The purpose of this letter is to serve warning upon you that unless you resume business on your authorized site within seven days from the date of receipt of this letter, steps will

be taken to withdraw the site from you and remove any stall and hawking paraphernalia found on the site without further notice.
You are further warned that future non-operation, without prior.permission in writing from the Urban Council, for any period exceeding eight days may result in cancellation of both the site and your licence.
