BUILDING (CONSTRUCTION) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1986
Made by the Governor in Council
under section 38
Citation and commencement.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Building
(Construction) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 and shall come
into operation on 2 January 1987.
Amendment of regulation 25. (Cap. 123, sub. leg.)
2. Regulation 25(3) of the principal regulations
is amended in column 2 of Table VII by deleting "or
asbesto-cement" in paragraph (a)(i) of Class No. 9.
Amendment of regulation 81.
3. Regulation 81(2) of the principal regulations
is amended
(a) by deleting the colon and substituting therefor a
full stop; and
(b)
by deleting the proviso.
