We refer to the meeting on 25th April 1986 with your geodself by our Mr. V. C concerning the proposed resumption of the above property and are pleased to confirm that we act on behalf of Tai Loong Weaving & Dyeing Factory Ltd., registered owner of the subject lot.
According to GN 752 dated 22nd February 1986, the lot will be affected by a proposed road scheme, WP Item 1161H - Intersection of Castle Peak Road and Kwai Chung Roads, Improvement Stage II. Whilst we will submit an objection, as instructed, against the said scheme pursuant to Section 10 of the Roads (Works, Use and Compensation) Ordinance, it is noted that if the resumption is ordered it will lead to resumption of the complete property and cessation of the existing industrial operation.
