: The property is subject to a Tenancy
Agreement in favour a Weco Textiles Manufacturers Ltd. for a term of 3 years from 1st March 1984 to 28th February 1987 at a rent of $140,000 per month.
We enclose our letter of even date to the District Lands Officer, Tsuen Wan, applying for a land exchange, for your reference.
Finally, our client reserve their right to compensation as provided under Part III of the Roads (Works. Use and Compensation) Ordinance.
