We act on behalf of Tai Loong Weaving and Dyeing Factory Lich., registered owner of Lot 719 RP in D.D. 450 and would refer to ON 752 dated 22nd February 1986.
Lot 719 RP will be affected by the proposed road scheme as gazetted and pursuant to Section 10 of the Roads (Works, Use and Compensation) Ordinance, we are instructed to object to the proposed works and use of the captioned scheme.
According to the proposed scheme as published, the whole of our client's property will be affected, leading to resumption and cessation of the existing industrial operation. Some relevant particulars of the captioned property are set out below for your reference :
