I received a letter from the District Lands Office, Tsuen Wan
on 14 April 1986 notifying me that the canopy of my premises (at Flat G,
Cheong Wing Hansion, 1/F., No. 539, Castle Peak Road, Kwai Chung Town
Lot 271, Kwong, Fai Circuit, Kwai Chung) would be affected by the road
works conducted in Kwong Fai Circuit on Kwai Chung Road,
Bowever, after inspecting the relevant plans and scheme, I
doubt whether the canopy will really affect the works as it is erected on
the inner side of the building. In view of this, I object to the
demolition of the canopy.
