We acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 24th March, 1986 under reference of L/M 1 in TWL 21/983/85 in respect of captioned project.
As a tenant of No. 468 of Castle Peak Road, Kwai Chung, we would like to raise a formal objection based on the following grounds

The removing of the sign and ancillary structures attached to the G/F and 1/F of the above-mentioned address would seriously affect the manner of business operated as a finance company like ourselves.
Moneywise, the cost of removing/installing a hanging sign
(i.e. JCG name logo) supported by iron frame and wire together with plastic sign-board light box would not be less than IIK$20,000.
In view of the above, we hereby reserve the right of submitting a claim for compensation in respect of all costs incurred therefor and loss of business if any in case the aforesaid sign and structures are required to be removed in future.
