I am directed to inform you that, according to the current hawker polic, your application is refused.
If you have reasons to be dissatisfied with the above decision, you may, in accordance with Section 125(9)(a) of the Public Health & Urban Services Ordinance, Cap. 132, apply in writing to the Urban Council for a review within 7 days from the date of this letter.
