Previously, he was registered as an assistant of F.P. No. 5, Fuk Hing Lane which the licensee was WONG Fai at that time. Since the F.P. stall was force-resited to Jardine's Crescent due to house demolistion in June 1980, he thence rendered his assistance to operate at F.P. 43 as well as No. 49, Jardine's Crescent to take place of his wife, CHONG Si-mui who had to look after his children plus doing house chores.
He further said that he is at present a partner of F.P. No. 48, Jardine's Crescent earning a porfit of $1,500 while the licensee $1,000 per month.
He further explained that he forwards this application over a lapse of 4 yrs. because he had recently heard from the H.K. & Kowloon Multi Article Hawker's Society that the UC has revised the succession policy and if he apply, a licence will be granted to him.
