We agreed that a FCC/DFCC conference should be held on 9 December 1985. The conference will be a get-together for all FCC and DFCC members. The purpose is to foster interest in the work, to improve the communication of ideas, and to give recognition to the good work done by community leaders involved in the work of crime prevention.
Subject to Your Excellency's agreement, we suggest that the same procedure be adopted as for the previous reports and that copies of this letter and the report be circulated to Members of Executive Council for information, followed by suitable publicity.
