arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with Arbitration Ordinance of Hong Kong and Any ending legislation thereto. Notwithstanding any- hing to the contrary contained in these Regulations re shall be no arbitration concarning any decision of the Council which is stated by these Regulations to be in the absolute discretion of the Council or, once having been made, to be final and binding upon the Members.
AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS

These Regulations or any of them (excepting only this Regulation) may at any time be rescinded, altered or added to by resolution of the Council provided how- ever no rescission, alteration or addition which has the effect of detracting from
the
diminishing

rights of the Members shall be effective unless and until a majority of such Members as will be immediate- ly and directly affected shall have signified writing to the Council their approval of the proposed rescission, alteration or addition.
