Explanatory Note
These regulations increase the fees payable for
the use of football, rugby and hockey pitches and the use
of grounds and equipment for athletics meetings in the
New Territories and prescribe fees for the use of
floodlights in connexion with such use.
2.
Regulation 3(2) adds certain sports grounds to
Part II of the Schedule to the principal regulations
to enable the appropriate fees to be charged for use
where public pays for admission.
