PLEASURE GROUNDS (NEW TERRITORIES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1986
Made by the Governor in Council under section 109
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Pleasure
Grounds (New Territories) (Amendment) Regulations 1986.
Commencement.
2. (1)
Except for regulation 3(1)(c) insofar as
it relates to schools, these regulations shall come into
operation on 1 February 1986.
(2)
Regulation 3(1)(c) insofar as it relates to
schools shall come into operation on 1 April 1986.
Amendment of
Schedule.
(Cap. 132,
sub. leg.)
3. (1) The Schedule to the principal regulations
is amended in Part I -
(a) by deleting item 1 and substituting the following
