Clause 4 provides for a final accounting and

audit of the Emergency Relief Fund.

Clause 5 provides that any moneys standing to the

credit of the Emergency Relief Fund upon the repeal of the

Emergency Relief Fund Ordinance shall become part of the

general revenue.

7. Clause 6 provides that, after the repeal of the

Emergency Relief Fund Ordinance, the Crown is to be the

relevant person in every respect for the completion of any

matters that remain outstanding upon that repeal.

8. There are no public expenditure or Public

Service staffing implications.
