Terms of Reference
Having regard to the existing programmes and
activities in promoting civic awareness and responsibility:

to study, discuss and make proposals on the objectives and scope of civic education outside the school system;
to liaise with and assist in the efforts
of various government departments and
community organizations in promoting
good citizenship;
to encourage all sectors of the community to actively promote civic awareness and
responsibility and to participate in associated activities, and to provide
the necessary guidelines and support
for this.
