someone in the Office next week about

a programme she is making on political development in Hong Kong up
to 1997. "Analysis" is a heavyweight weekly documentary programme
on BBC Radio 4 of about 45 minutes. Ms Winder will be visiting Hong
Kong to record the programme for 26 January.

I think it would be a good idea to see Ms Winder and point her
in the right direction in terms of who to see in Hong Kong, and give her some unattributable background briefing. News Department are in
favour of briefing her.
