Sir Yue-Kong Pao calls on her at 10.15 am on Tuesday. This covers only the Sino British Scholarship Scheme, for which the Memorandum of Understanding is to be signed
on Monday afternoon, and naturally anticipates that the signing ceremony will pass off well.
