Thank you for your minute of 21 March to Mr Galsworthy. In para 3 of your minute you mentioned the Chan Hing case of 1958, referred to by the Governor in his letter of 9 March. I enclose copies of the four telegrams mentioned by the Governor (please let me know if these do not suffice - they are part of a long telegraphic exchange on the case between Hong Kong and ourselves). I would be grateful for any further views you may have.
