section" the following
"and in sections 17B and 17C".

10. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding
after section 17A the following new sections
"Application for return of travel document.
17B. (1) The holder of a travel
document who has surrendered it under
section 17A may at any time make written
application to the Commissioner for its
return, and every such application shall
contain a statement of the grounds on
which it is made.
(2) Subject to section 17C, the
Commissioner may
(a) grant the application
and return the travel document
to the holder, either without
conditions, or on condition
that it be further surrendered

to the Commissioner within such
time, and upon such further
conditions,, as may be specified
