Section 14(1) of the principal Ordinance is
amended.
(a) in paragraph (a)(i) by inserting after
"and specifying the date upon which" the
following
!
" and the person from whom,";
(b) in paragraph (c) by inserting after "possessed
by him" the following
"and further stating, in respect of
each such property, the date upon
which and the person from whom it was
acquired"; and
(c in paragraph (d) by deleting "thereto" and
substituting the following
"to such investigation or proceedings
(whether or not such questions are
specified in the notice)".
