Short title.
Amendment of section 73. (Cap. 29.)
Amendment of First Schedule.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Trustee (Amendment) Ordinance 1985.
Section 73 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
2.
(a) in subsection (1) by deleting “2 per cent where the value of the trust estate does not exceed $10,000, or, where the value exceeds $10.000. 2 per cent on the first $10,000 and 1 per cent on the excess" and substituting the following
"10 per cent where the value of the trust estate does not exceed $100,000, or, where the value exceeds $100,000, 10 per cent on the first $100,000 and 5 per cent on the excess"; and
(b) in subsection (3) by deleting "2" and substituting the following-
"5".
3. The First Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended— (a) in item I by deleting "$5.00" and substituting the following--
“$20.00";
(b) in item 2(b) by deleting "$150.00" and substituting the following—
"$300.00"; and
(c) in item 2(c) by deleting "$200.00" and substituting the following-
"$600.00".
