As promised, I forward herewith the English and Chinese versions of the three laws under which the ICAC operates: the ICAC Ordinance, the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance and the Corrupt and Illegal Practices Ordinance. I also include a copy of our latest Annual Report. I hope that you will find these useful.
