EXCHANGE OF NOTES CONCERNING THE IMMUNITIES OF THE CHINESE VISA OFFICE IN HONG KONG
1. The above Understanding came into operation in December 1984; the Chinese say the date was 24.12 and we say 27.12.1984. We have a note in Treaty Section dated 11.2.1985 that Hong Kong Department were to check if the discrepancy in dates raises any problems for Hong Kong and to inform Treaty Section.
