EXPLANATORY NOTE
1. Localisation statistics are compiled quarterly by the
Staff Planning Division of the Civil Service Branch. The
statistics cover all grades and ranks in the Civil Service
and are set out in table form under the following four sections:
(a) SECTION I Strength of the Civil Service
(b) SECTION II: Administrative Service *
(c) SECTION III
III: Police Inspectors and above *
(a) SECTION IV: All Other Grades **
2.
Officers on leave prior to leaving the service are not
included in the statistics w.e.f. 1.7.83.
Note
* 100% localisation policy does not apply to these groups.
** All grades to which 100% localisation policy applies.
