1. Mr Hartling will be visiting London on Wednesday 5 June in order to discuss Hong Kong's refugee problems with
Mr Luce and Mr Waddington, Minister of State at the Home Office. His meeting with Mr Luce will be at 9.45 am.
Mr Luce will also be hosting a working lunch for Mr Hartling and his officials (Mr Gordon Lennox, Executive Assistance, and Mr von Arnim, UNHCR's UK representative).
