VIETNAMESE REFUGEES IN HONG KONG
1.
You will probably have noted from the record of the PUS's talks with the Secretary General of the French Foreign Ministry on 30 October, copied to HKD, that the PUS undertook to provide details of Vietnamese refugees in Hong Kong who are Francophone and/or have family ties in France to the French authorities. I have been asked to ensure that this is followed up
could you please consider how this might most appropriately be done and inform PS/PUS of the action you propose to take?
