During our discussion this morning, Mr Luce said he would wish
to speak to Mr Waddington privately about the Home Office's delay in responding to the SCORRI report.
2. I submit a brief list of points that Mr Luce might wish to make
to Mr Waddington.
1 3. I attach a copy of the Hansard record of Mr Waddington's speech in the adjournment debate on 9 May: and two extracts from Mr Luce's speeches in the debates on 14 and 24 May which refer to HMG's
response to SCORRI.
