Annual Report on Hong Kong to Parliament.
This task has been placed on my schedule. We propose to prepare the Annual Report as in paragraph 2 of Hong Kong telegram 252, that is:
a)

Introduction;
The Governor's Address of October 1985; with an Annex of supporting departmental summaries of significant developments during the year;
$7.
c)
The Financial Secretary's Budget Speech of February 1985; and
d)
The Financial Secretary's 1985 half yearly Economic Review, which is put out in September.
These are all public documents (except the Annex referred to in b), and are well covered by the media in Hong Kong. It seems unlikely that there will be much demand in Hong Kong for copies of the Annual Report to Parliament; but one never knows, these days!
