1. Your letter of 29 September.

You will now have seen FCO telegram No. 1735 to Hong Kong and the latter's reply (telegram No. 2741) concerning visa free entry for Hong Kong BDTCs.
3. I should be grateful if you would now approach the Mexican Government to try to obtain visa free entry, with a fall back position of 30-day visas without reference, and to put to them the question in paragraph 2 of Hong Kong telegram under reference. Paragraph 3 may be used freely in pressing the case.
