I wrote earlier this week about the FRG. The ice may
also be cracking in Sweden.
I enclose a copy of an encouraging minute by Mrs. Regina IP about the attitude of the Swedish Consul-General. Not for action in Capitals at this stage but perhaps relatively soon.
As Regina pointed out to Mr. Freden, if we can crack Sweden we may get the rest of the Nordics on board. I am copying this letter, for information, accordingly. A Copy also goes to Derek Jones in Brussels.
