LICENCE FOR TEMPORARY OCCUPATION.
Permission is hereby granted to Ministry of Defence (Army)
(hereinafter called the "Licencee") for the temporary occupation of the undermentioned property shown in the plan attached (hereinafter called the "premises") for the period of six months from 1st September, 1979 for the purpose of

1. The Licensees shall pay to the Treazury the nominal rent of $1 per annum during the continuance of the tenancy.
2.
In the event of the Licensee being permitted to remain in occupation of the premises after the expiration of the six months period stipulated above they shall be deemed to continue on a quarterly tenancy and such tenancy shall be subject to determination on three calendar months previous notice in writing which may be given at any date, and in respect of the whole or any part of parts of the promises, and on the expiration of the said three months period of notice the Licensees chall quit and deliver up possession of the promises affected thereby.

All buildings or other structures now on the land and all roads paths watercourses fences walls hedges and gater or or forming part of the premises shall be maintained in as good a state of repair and condition as the same now are and in such repair and condition delivered up at the expiration or sooner determination of the tenancy and the Licensees shall be answereblu for and chall make good to the satisfaction of the Secretary for the New Territories at their own expense all damage or injury which may be orensioned to or suffered by the surface of the land or any crops or other produce thereof or to or by any buildings or other structurs thereon during the tenancy.
4. The Licensees shall be solely responsible for and shall indemnify the Government of Filong Kong from and winst all actions proceedings copts olains and demands whatsoever for or on account of, any loss damage or injury suffered or incurred by my persen or
