In accepting this Licence I, the undersigned sicensee, fully understand, acknowledge and agree that— 本人為下開簽名之持牌人,在接納此牌照時,完全明白,承認及同意下列各項規定:
(1) Neither this document nor any occupation of the Licence Area nor the payment of any fees in respect thereof shall be construed as creating the
relationship of landlord and tenant.
(2) The acceptance of fees paid in respect of this,ficence shall not constitute a waiver of any breach of any of the conditions hereof existing at the date of
such acceptance.
本牌照或使用准用地或已交之任何费用,均不得作為已構成「業主與住客關係」之釋義。
凡在繳交牌費之日已有違反本牌照章程之任何規定者,則所繳交之費用不得購成免究之根據。
凡向政府屬下之任何其他部門領取之牌照或許可,或與任何其他部門簽訂之合約,亦不得構成免究之根據。
(3) No licence, approval or agreement from or with any other department of Government shall constitute a waiver.
(4) (a) Any occupation of the Licence Area by a person whom without reasonable excuse, does not cease to occupy the same as required by a notice under
section 6(1) of the Crown Land Ordinance Cap. 28 shall be an offence under section 6(4) thereof.

(甲)凡在接獲依照香港法例第二十八章官地條例第六條第(一)款發出之通告後,如無正當理由而不逾照該通告之規定停止使用准用地者,則作觸犯該條第(四)款論

shall be an offence under section 11(2) of the Crown Land Ordinance Cap. 28.
(乙)凡不通知地政署署長,擅自在准用地內蓋搭違反本牌照規定之任何建築物而不想備正當理由者,則作觸犯香港法例第二十八章第十一條第(二)款論

may in his absolute discretion cancel this,ficence on giving three months' notice thereof of his intention so to do. 地政署署長如欲撤銷此牌照時,得完全有權自行決定,預先給予三個月浦茹,期限到即撤銷牌照。
