No part of any structure to be erected on the said land shall exceed a height of 300 feet above Colony principal datum.

No part of the said land shall be formed to a level lower thân 220 feet above Colary principal datum.

The Secretary of State shall not use or permit to be used any form of percussive piling system upon the said land.

The Secretary of State shall pay to the Coloriel Government on demand any sum which the Director of Public Works shall certify to be the cost of making good any damage done to adjoining public roads by the Secretary of State, his contractors or sub-contractors or his or their workmen or vehicles or by any spoil from the said land.
(18) No materials shall be dumped or stored, nor shall any work be carried out within the boundaries of a public road or way without the prior written consent of the Director of Public Works.
(19) The Secretary of State shall construct and maintain at his om expense and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works such drains and channels, whether within the boundaries of the said land or on Cron : land, as the said Director may consider necessary to intercept and convey into the nearest strean-course, catchpit, channel or storm-water drain all storm-water or rain-water falling or flowing on to the said land, and the Secretary of State shall be solely liable for and shall indemnify the Colonial Government and its officers from and against all ections, claims and demands arising out of any damage or nuisance caused by such storm-mater cr rainwater.

Any damage or obstruction caused by the Secretary of State, his servants or agents to any nullah, sever, storm-water drain, watermain or other Colonial Government properties within or adjoining the said land shall be made good by the Colonial Government at the cost of the Secretary of State, and the amount due in respect thereof shall be paid on demand to the Colonial Government by the Secretary of State.

The Secretary of State shall pay to the Colonial Government on damand the cost of connecting my dreins and sewers from the said land to the Colonial Government storm-water drains and severs. Such works shall be carried out by the Director of Public Works, who shall incur no liability to the Secretary of State in respect thereof,

Any foundations to be constructed near or adjoining any sewer, storm-water drain or millah within or adjoining the said land shall comply with the requirements of the Director of Public Works.

The whole of the drainage within the said land shell be subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works, who may require these works to be carried out with cast iron pipes or such other materials as he may specify.

A salt water supply from Colonial Government mains will be given for flushing purposes, and the Secretary of State will be required to accept this supply and to install plumbing capable of withstanding the corrosive
