determine and be void and the Lords Commissioners shall on the expiration of the said notice quit and deliver up possession of the Island or such part thereof as may be affected and shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever in respect thereof but there shall be payable such sum in respect of any buildings demolished damaged or disturbed thereby as in the decision of the Director of Public Works of Hong Kong Government represents their fair value or the cost of re-erecting or re-constituting the same whichever shall to him seem just and the decision of the Governor of Hong Kong that any particular purpose is a public purpose
shall be conclusive.
