HONG KONG (hereinafter referred to as "TIL, GOTRI:OR") for and
on behalf of the Government of long one of the one part and HIS

and on behalf of the Secretary of State for War of the other
part WHEREAS the Secretary of State for Tar has relinquished all
claim to certain Hilitary Rifle Ranges at King's Park Howloon
and has been permitted by the Governor to erect in lieu thereof
certain other Rifle hanges and Butts within the area shown on
the plan marked A annexed heroto and ‘edged round with pink which
Rifle Ranges and Putts were erected at the cost of the Colonial
Government who have, also expended a considerable su in buying
up private rights within the said area end divorting paths within
or near to such areas AND. SPUNEAS, it was agreed that the said Secretary of State for har should have the right of user over
the area shown on the said plan marked and edged round with
green for the purposes of a danger area in connection with the
said Rifle Ranges but not otherwise TOT IT IS HEREBY AGREED that
the said ecretary of State for ar shall have the right to use
and occupy the s id areas edged pink and green on the said plan..
on the following terms and conditions (namely).

1. The area odged pink is to be used for the purpose of
Rifle Ranges only.
2. The area edged green is to be used for the purpose of"
danger area only in connection with the said Rifle Ranges.
3. The said Secretary of State for Far on the 1st. day
January in each year during his'occupation of the said areas pay
