(a) Memorandum of Transfer

This document (in the case of War Department Lɔt (WDL) No. 17)provides for the transfer of land and refers to "the right of perpetual user until no longer required for War Department

(b) Memorandum of Transfer and Surrender In addition to the surrender

of certain lands this document (in the case of DL No. 17) provides for

the transfer of lands. The document states "that the same shall be

occupied and used by the Secretary of State as an extension to and upon

the same terms and subject to the same restrictions as War Department

Lot No. 17;".

(c) Memorandum of Agreement - In the case of WDL No. 18 this document simply

provides for the use and occupation of land by the Secretary of State for War subject to certain terms and conditions. The Agreement states

that the Secretary of State for War shall not be disturbed for a period of 10 years and that if the land is resumed alternative land should be

granted.

(d) Deed of Appropriation - This deed provides "that all that piece of land

though remaining vested in the Crown shall be and the same is

hereby appropriated and set apart for the exclusive use and occupation
