Special Conditions.
1. The provisions of Condition No. 9 of the General Conditions shall be subject and without prejudice to the right of the Permittee under condition No. 7 to reasonable compensation for any permanent or temporary structures on the land affected which may be retained for the use of Government or to the payment of such an amount in respect of any buildings or other structures demolished, damaged or disturbed as the Governor in Council shall consider reasonable for the cost of re-erecting or reconstituting the same elsewhere if the same shall be re-elected or reconstructed.
