Permittee must idemnify the HKG against claims etc. on
account of any damage suffered by any person using the land.
No alterations to buildings etc. without consent.
User clause and non-alienation of the premises. Also
provides that if the premises are no longer used for
the purposes for which they were granted possession of
the premises should be delivered up.
Buildings etc. erected by the Permittee should be removed
but the HKG will compensate the Permittee if it requires any buildings etc. to remain.
provides that the agreement should not "confer on the
Permittees any further rights or interest whatsoever
in or to the premises ....." and that the premises should
be delivered up in accordance with the terms of the TOP.
provides for HKG to take possession of the premises for
public purposes.
provides for cancellation of the TOP in case of breach.
