Dr Rayson Huang: Basic Law consultation will be the most comprehensive and in-depth consultation exercise ever conducted in HK. There will not be any major changes to the demarcation of community sectors and the

proportion of BLCC seats for each sector as

proposed by the 25 drafting members in HK, although minor changes

may be made.
