chairman Ji Pengfei: HK members should view the drafting process not only from the "two systems" perspective but also from the "one country" perspective. They are accountable not only to HK people but also to NPC and the people of China. The principle of "four

insistence" would not be incorporated into othe Basic Law. (The Four Insistence: Insistence on the socialist course, on Marxism and Mao Zedong thought, on proletariat dictatorship and on the rule by the Chinese Communist Party).
