CPPCC chairman Deng Yingchao: China has a lot of experience in drafting legislation similar to
the Basic Law for HK. The Basic Law should preserve HK people's life-style
and there will be no need for Attorney General Michael Thomas to take part in the drafting.
Tin Fung Yat Po: The content of the Basic law should be in line with
China's reunification principle and should be able to cope with the special situation in HK.
