We have obtained from one of our contacts a letter inviting members of the Basic Law Consultative Committee (BLCC) to a preparatory meeting on 6 December 1985. Since the letter also explains the method in nominating and selecting members of the Executive Committee of the BLCC, we think you may find it useful to keep a copy of it for future reference.
