deputy directors and secretary-general of
the Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee will select additional
members to the Consultative Committee through
democratic consultation, nomination and
invitation.
Members of the Executive Committee are free
to resign and can do so by sending a written
submission to the director of the Executive
Committee. It is not necessary for him to
state the reason for resigning.
10. Advisors
The Consultative Committee may, if the need
arises, invite Chinese or foreign experts to
act as advisors. These advisors may attend meetings
and seminars to assist in the work.
11. Special groups
The Consultative Committee will set up a number
of special groups to carry out the work assigned by
the Consultative Committee and accept consultations
by the Drafting Committee. The number of these
/ groups
