Foreign Affairs Debate

We have had a number of enquiries about the timing of the Foreign Affairs Debate, which traditionally takes place in March(and November) every year

The Whip's Office is now considering whether the debate will be possible before Easter. It looks as though the week beginning 1 April may be the most likely timing. The week of 18 March will be taken up with the Budget and the week of 25 March is not possible for the Secretary of State since he will be on the State Visit to Portugal and then going on to the European Council.

;

We will let you know when we have a clearer idea from the Whip's Office.
