nationality Order in Council in light of the views expressed by
the people of Hong Kong early in the new session.

Recent changes in political system in Hong Kong discussed
by British and Chinese sides in Joint Liaison Group in November. Next Hong Kong Government review of system scheduled
for 1987.
Vietnamese Refugees
4.
HMG are accepting some 500 Vietnamese refugees, mostly
from Hong Kong, for resettlement.
