COMMONWEALTH PARLIAMENTARY ASSOCIATION (CPA):
1.
Please refer to Mr Illman's commissioning minute of 26 July, asking for briefs to reach us in final form as soon as possible and not later than close on 30 August.
2.
Our timetable cannot allow any slippage because:
(a) the department is bound by a tight schedule for
CHOGM documentation;
(b)
the time between the deadline and presentation and distribution of briefs to CPA delegates is very short.
It would therefore be greatly appreciated if departments can arrange for briefs to reach us early, if at all possible.
3.
If the briefs are prepared on a word processor we should be grateful to receive the relevant discs (which will be returned to the department in due course),
